IMPORTANT – PLEASE REVIEW THE STEPS BELOW FOR A SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT PROPERTY REDEMPTION
1. CONTACT YOUR LENDER (FOR VEHICLES ONLY)
If you are redeeming a vehicle, you must contact your lender to confirm that a Vehicle Release has been issued directly to Charlotte Towing, LLC.
This release is mandatory—we cannot release the vehicle without it.
Note: A Vehicle Release is not required for property-only redemptions.
2. SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Choose a date and time that works best for you using the scheduling button below. After your request is submitted, we will review your file, verify any applicable fees, and confirm your appointment details.
Appointment availability varies depending on demand, so we recommend booking early. Please note that scheduling an appointment does not guarantee confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation (or denial with an explanation) within 3 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday). Any requests made after 5 PM may not be confirmed until the next business day.
3. PROVIDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL
Be sure to include your preferred contact method (cell phone or email). This allows us to send you all necessary details, including the address, any fees due, and instructions to obtain your Police Release (if applicable).
Once your appointment is scheduled, we’ll confirm by text or email, depending on your preference.
4. PAYMENT POLICY – CASH ONLY
All payments must be made in cash and in the exact amount. We do not accept checks or credit/debit cards.
This policy ensures efficiency, security, and compliance with local regulations. Please note that local lots cannot provide change.
5. BRING VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
For property redemptions, a government-issued photo ID is acceptable.
For vehicle redemptions, a valid driver’s license is required.
If you don’t have the required ID, please call us for further assistance.
6. BRING YOUR KEYS
If you’re picking up only your personal property, please bring your vehicle keys to avoid any additional charges from your lender.
7. ARRIVE EARLY
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This helps ensure a smooth and timely redemption. Please be patient—unexpected delays can sometimes occur.
