We have introduced the Barnacle to our operations. This immobilization device may be used instead of towing and is in use across the country by private enforcement as well as police departments.
How it works: Our parking enforcement agent places the device on the windshield of an offending vehicle. The motorist scans the QR code to pay fines and instantly receives the release code. (In addition to scanning the QR code, motorists can go to pay.barnacle.com or call 1-833-623-1445).
