1. VERIFY YOUR VEHICLE VIN
Use the button below to verify your vehicle’s VIN before scheduling an appointment. On mobile devices, this step may appear as Step 5.
This step helps confirm whether your vehicle is ready for pickup, whether it has keys, if it runs, and includes photos for you to assess towing needs.
If no pictures are available, the unit is still being processed and is not ready for release. Please check back later for updates.
2. SCHEDULE YOUR TRANSPORT APPOINTMENT
Select your preferred date and time using the scheduling button below. Please include the final destination of the unit in the appointment notes.
Once your appointment is submitted, we will review your file, confirm any applicable fees, and finalize the details needed to release your vehicle.
Availability is limited and based on volume, so we encourage you to book early.
Note: Scheduling does not guarantee confirmation. Appointment confirmations (or denials with an explanation) will be sent within 3 hours during business hours (Monday through Friday).
Appointments made after 5 PM may not be confirmed until the next business day.
3. PROVIDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL
Include your preferred method of contact so we can send you all necessary information, including appointment address, applicable fees, and next steps.
Once submitted, we’ll reach out via text or email (based on your selection) with your appointment confirmation and details.
4. BRING A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE
You must present a valid driver’s license at the time of your appointment.
We cannot release the vehicle without proper identification.
5. UPLOAD BILL OF LADING OR TRANSPORT ORDER
A bill of lading or transport order is required when scheduling your appointment.
We must receive this documentation prior to your arrival in order to proceed with the vehicle release.
6. ARRIVE EARLY
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to help keep the process quick and efficient for everyone.
